Michelle Yeoh, arguably the greatest actress Asia has ever produced is now an internationally acclaimed producer and spokesperson for numerous charities. She has starred in over twenty films including global hits such as Tomorrow Never Dies, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Memoirs of a Geisha and Sunshine.

The Beijing native founded his architectural firm MAD in 2004 after studying at the prestigious Yale University and working for Zaha Hadid Architects in London.

The Floating Island Fish Tank was featured at the National Art Museum of China and MAD’s Hongluo Clubhouse was nominated as one of the ‘Top 100 Designs’ by the London Design Museum. He was named as one of the ‘20 Most Influential Architects Today’ by ICON.

At the age of 33, as Chef des Cuisines of the Hotel de Paris in Monaco he helped make Le Louis XV the first hotel restaurant to be awarded three stars in the Michelin Red Guide. He went on to become the world’s first six-star chef in 1998 after opening Restaurant Alain Ducasse in Paris.

During his 30 year career he has been as meticulous with his restaurant chefs as he is with his ingredients. The desire to pass on his knowledge comes from a need to be confident that each of his restaurants around the world – in Paris, Monaco, Tokyo, New York and Washington – offer consistent levels of excellence.
