Constellation Software Update
To update your device software please follow the instructions below:
- Please enter *#0000# on your handset to access the 'Device Manager'
- Select 'Check for Updates'
- When prompted, press 'Accept' to start the download
- When the download has been completed, please press 'Now' to install it on your handset
- The backup of your handset is recommended but not essential, no data will be lost. Please select ‘Accept’ to continue.
- Please note that your handset cannot be used during the upgrade.
- Your handset will automatically restart.
