Exotic Skins

If your Vertu is finished in one of our exotic skins, such as alligator, karung or lizard, we recommend that you occasionally wipe the skin in the direction of the scales with a soft, slightly damp cloth, avoiding excessive pressure.

 

  • If your Vertu gets wet, dry it as soon as possible with a soft, absorbent cloth.
  • Direct exposure to strong light, heat and humidity should be avoided, as well as contact with anything that may stain or scratch the surface.
  • Store your Vertu in a case when not in use, to help protect it.
  • Should you need to return your exotic leather product and you live in the EU, Hong Kong, China, Russia or the United Arab Emirates, please visit your nearest authorised retailer. They will be able to liaise directly with the Vertu Service Centre.
