Only owners of these phones may register for Vertu Fortress.

Accessing Vertu Concierge

To start using Vertu Concierge and other Vertu Services, please create your account by registering your handset.

Setting your Vertu Concierge key to dialyour language of choice:

Your Vertu Concierge key can be programmed to dial Vertu Concierge in your preferred language by logging into your Vertu.com account, either during initial registration or at a later date. To create or access your account, click here. Alternatively, Vertu Concierge or Vertu Customer Service will be able to assist you

Your Vertu Concierge membership

Your Vertu phone comes with 12 months of complimentary access to Vertu Concierge from the date of purchase. To continue enjoying this benefit after your complimentary Vertu Concierge membership has expired, simply renew online or press your the dedicated button.
