At VERTU, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please Contact Us directly, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return (the phone must be inactive and not registered), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: If there are software and hardware problems after activation within 7 days, please contact customer service to solve them.
Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us directly to get more return & exchange information. If your require is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
We aim to process returns within 7 to 10 business days from delivery to our distribution center. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.
